B2B Sales Learnings
This is what having kids at home while I work from home has taught me about B2B sales.
- It's always messy!
- It's SOO NOISY!
- Somebody will wander in on a call without pants on.
- You will be late, with a bad excuse.
- There will be a lingering smell of pee, where you can't quite figure out where its coming from.
- It will be expensive.
- Vendor lock-in, You are stuck with them for at least an 18 year contract.
- Most of the tasks are repetitive and annoying
- Your business partner will just be watching tv the whole time.
- People on the Internet will think you are really good at it.
