Shopify Flow: Massive Unlock for Brands

My most recent and largest work project was to let brands use survey responses from their customers to make better decisions by pushing data into places

The ability to create workflows within Shopify Flow based on customer survey responses enables brands to tag customers or orders and build Slack notifications based on a range of variables they can control within Shopify Flow.

Looking back on building this out and the amount of testing and small tweaks to get this out. I'm really proud of this. My goal at work is to make it as smooth as possible for brands to take direct responses from their customers and push that data wherever they need to make the best business decisions for their business.

This feature also unloads a lot of weight on the backend side of sending data from our servers to where brands need it. There is also the benefit of it saving $$$$ with replacing the current workflow building technology.
