When somebody shares a project that they are excited about working on. You should encourage them to keep building.

DO NOT SAY THESE THINGS

• Looks terrible, please fix
• Oh, that won't work
• Somebody else is already building that

I shared something with the community that I enjoyed building, and getting negative comments (when I didn't ask for them). kills all enjoyment of working on the thing.
